- assess opportunities and development constraints in conjunction with your design brief leading to the best possible design outcome for your site.
- sketch concepts 
- town planning documentation and submissions.
- Building Plans or working drawings, detail drawings, interior designing.
- Preparation of specifications and tender documents.
- Presentation perspectives or renderings for marketing and sales purposes. 
- Free documentation quotations.
